Who We Are
Técnico is a full-service architecture practice that pushes the envelope in the development of small and middle scale housing including new homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), modular and prefabrication construction techniques and 3D-printed homes.
Técnico was founded by Hector Rodriguez, AIA NOMA, in 2022. Hector leads the architectural design efforts in the office. He works with our clients and consultants to ensure that initial project concepts are well-articulated in every detail through to their execution.
His hands-on participation through all phases of design and construction and expertise with construction materials, building regulations, and cost benefit analysis have proven invaluable to our clients through cost savings while maintaining high design quality.
