Our process begins with understanding your needs and vision for your project. We take the time to sit down, discuss your ideas, and review your goals. We also evaluate your property to identify any potential issues to build a clear picture of what's possible to build on your site. This information will be used to develop concepts and capture the vision for your project and the potential spatial layouts and relationship to other spaces like a backyard, or a busy streets.

Draw your building
Once a design is approved, we begin the production of the documents necessary for permitting. This includes the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and consultant documents like structural drawings and required energy reports. We handle all of this for you, getting you one step closer to your new home!

In this step, we transform the selected concept into initial design options that include physical and 3D models, visualizations and preliminary drawings. These options begin to give form and direction to your new space. As the design progresses, we refine those thoughts and ideas into one approved design, finalizing room layouts and adjacencies, along with wall opening locations and sizes, and initial material and color strategies.
